What we collect

LLM Core stores only the information necessary to operate the app: your Shopify shop domain, session tokens for authentication, and the settings you configure within the app (content types, AI permission level, store description). We do not collect personal customer data.

How we use it

Your shop settings are used solely to generate your llms.txt and llms-full.txt files. Store data (products, collections, pages, blogs) is fetched live from Shopify's API on each file request and is never stored on our servers.

Third-party services

We use Resend to deliver support emails you send through the in-app contact form. Your shop domain and message content are included in those emails. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Data retention

Your settings are retained while the app is installed. When you uninstall LLM Core, your session and settings data are deleted automatically. A full data deletion is also performed 48 days after uninstall in accordance with Shopify's GDPR requirements.

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
